Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Takora Mart, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Products can be returned within specified windows from the date of delivery:

• Grocery & Perishables: Returns accepted only at the time of delivery if items are damaged or incorrect.
• Electronics & Lifestyle: 7-day replacement for manufacturing defects.
• Clothing: 14-day return/exchange window for size or fit issues, provided tags are intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including personal care items, innerwear, and unsealed food products.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or Takora Wallet) within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed/shipped. For 10-minute delivery items, cancellation windows are very short (typically under 1 minute) due to instant processing.
