1. Delivery Models

Takora Mart offers different delivery speeds based on product availability and location:

• Express Delivery (10 Minutes): Available for select grocery and essential items in serviceable pincodes. Fulfilled by nearby partner stores.
• Same Day Delivery: Available for wider range of products ordered before the cutoff time.
• Standard Shipping (2-5 Days): For non-local inventory and specialized items.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary based on order value and delivery type:

• Orders above ₹500: Free Standard Delivery.
• Orders below ₹500: Nominal fee of ₹40.
• Express & 10-Min Delivery: Flat fee may apply during peak hours or for small basket sizes.

3. Tracking

You can track your order in real-time through the "My Orders" section of the app or website. For Express Delivery, live tracking of the delivery partner is available.
