Asafoetida Cube

Asafoetida Cube is solid asafoetida (hing) used in very tiny quantities for flavour and digestion support. It gives a strong, characteristic aroma used in dals and certain vegetarian dishes.\n\nCrush or fry a small piece in hot ghee or oil at the start of cooking, then add dals or vegetables. Store tightly sealed to contain the smell.\n\nIt is especially common in Jain, South Indian, and lentil‑based recipes.
